Our Story

After Luigi’s long night shift, he came to Between 2 buns where Eliana works to buy a sandwich. It was an early morning and after paying he said, “You have a beautiful smile, you should smile more” to which Eliana replied, “But not everyone deserves my smile and gave Luigi a smile.” On September 6, 2022, Luigi (finally) made his move and send a message on Facebook. From that day we spoke every day until our first date on the 17th of September 2022. We were not looking for love, but love found us. We have been inseparable ever since. After two years of dating, Luigi proposed to Eliana on January 1st of 2025.

Join Us at Vila do Conde, Portugal

On Sunday, 6th of September 2026, we will get married on Bonaire by the law of man, but we will exchange vows in Portugal in front of God on Sunday the 27th of September 2026. We would love for you to join us in Portugal

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. Please do not feel obliged to buy us a gift. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, a monetary contribution to our honeymoon would be appreciated.
